The Mission...
...TO CREATE AN INTERACTIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL ALLOW INFORMAL TEACHING
AND INTERFACE BETWEEN SEASONED NATIONAL AND LOCAL LEADERS AND PASTORS AND THEIR
ASSOCIATES WHO DESIRE COACHING IN REGARDS TO THE SYSTEMIC DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP
AND THEIR ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE.
The Purpose
Christ Covenant Coalition has established the Church Coaching Alliance both
to answer the apostolic mandate
to advance the Kingdom of God through the establishment and edification of local
Churches, and to respond to the leadership crisis
found in the current state of Christendom.
Apostolic Kingdom Mandate
The local Church is the epicenter of God's plan upon earth. It is the Church
which bears the mandate to preach the Kingdom of God, prevail over the gates
of hell, and fulfill Christ's Great Commission. Healthy, effectual churches
are the greatest agents of biblical reformation and societal transformation.
Healthy, effectual Churches can only exist if they are led by strong, effective,
well-trained leaders. Consequently, we hold the conviction that there exists
a strong apostolic mandate to invest and dedicate all we can to the development
and establishment of leadership which exemplifies the excellence of the Kingdom
of God.
Current Leadership Crisis
Leadership has been under attack since Lucifer and his angels revolted against
God's reign in heaven. Satan understands the critical nature of Christian
leadership and is absolutely intent on targeting and destroying leaders in
God's Church. This satanic focus, as well as human frailty, has resulted in
a crisis in Church leadership throughout the world. (*Please see the description
of "Crisis In Leadership"
below). The Church Coaching Alliance is responding by connecting Christian
Leaders together for mutual edification and ministry empowerment for Kingdom
advancement.
