The Church Coaching Alliance offers its members the following services and resources listed below.

Please refer to the Member Structure Matrix to determine which members are eligible for the various types of Coaching Offerings.

DIRECTIVE LEVEL COACHING

• Two Coaching Conference Calls per quarter will be offered to all levels of CCC membership aimed at addressing key Church Coaching topics.
• One, three-hour, face-to-face meeting will be offered quarterly to build
  relationships and further develop and facilitate effective Church Coaching. These meetings will be available to both Members and Covenant Partners of CCC. (This includes the annual CCC leadership retreats in October and June of every year)
• One Annual Leadership Summit will take place for all CCC Full Members and Covenant Partners.

ADVISORY LEVEL COACHING:

• Members will benefit from being able to submit requests to access Advisory Coaches to seek counsel when facing ministry opportunities, challenges, or special projects.
• Members will also benefit from being able to call upon Advisory Coaches to provide limited council and advisement. (Please note that extensive consulting will be chargeable on an ad hoc basis.)

MENTOR LEVEL COACHING:

• Members will be able to enter into covenant relationship and receive one-to-one coaching by a mentor coach for both their personal and ministry development.
• Mentors in this offering must receive clearance from Bishop Mattera, and are required have demonstrated the highest levels of character and faithfulness.

CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS

• The Church Coaching Alliance will provide chargeable consulting services to ministries both within and without the CCC/CCA network. The cost for these arrangements will be determined based on the time and investment dictated by the engagement’s Scope Of Work (SOW).
• Every chargeable consulting engagement must be sanctioned by Bishop Mattera, and requires the approval and signatures of appropriate leaders.

ON-LINE RESOURCES →

ON-LINE RESOURCE CENTER LIBRARY

• Access to a specially formulated Church Coaching Online library will be available to all Full Members and Covenant Partners providing the latest research, articles, and information on Church Leadership and related topics.
• The library will consist of links to existing writings currently on the CCC main website and Joseph Mattera web site in addition to other writings and materials that can be downloaded or printed from the web site.
• These resources will be obtained through the public domain, writings of CCC members, Alliance members, and other available sources.
• This service is available for everyone except Associate Level Members. Key topic will include:
• Church Health & Growth
  1. Church Planting.
  2. New Testament Church paradigm topics.
  3. Leadership Development
  4. Recommended book reading list organized by topic with a place for Alliance members to post their feedback about a particular book and how that book helped them in the ministry.
  5. Recommended links and tools on the web for all to access.

WEB APPLICATIONS:

• On-line community applications such as...
  1. Blog pages.
  2. Words Of Wisdom Page: A place where members can submit questions for community problem solving. (i.e. “Has anyone ever dealt with this issue...”)
  3. “Success Story” page for all to share their successes together.
  4. “Prayer Request” page that Alliance members can share each other’s church related prayer requests.

MONTHLY NEWSLETTER

• A free monthly newsletter will be available to all both members and non-members aimed at educating, encouraging, and keeping a fresh focus on church coaching related issues, articles, or inspiring facts.
• Monthly e-mails will be sent to Alliance Members (free subscription based) aimed at educating, encouraging, and keeping a fresh focus on church coaching related issues, articles, or inspiring facts.
